Portable Wheel Weigh Pads & Axle Weigh Bridges

 
     
 

HMM-HYTECH Portable Wheel Weigh Pads are ideal for weighing two axle rigid vehicles. They may be used in groups to compensate for the weight transfer characteristic of compensating axles. They are suitable for spot checking of overload conditions by fleet managers and law enforcement agencies.

Note:
DUMMY WEIGHT PADS to equalize height of all wheels are available.
The weigh pads should be used on firm, hard, flat surface. For best results the area just before the weigh pad equal to vehicle length and like wise an equal area after the weigh pad should be flat.
 
     
 

Single Axle Weigh Bridges

HMM-HYTECH single axle weigh bridges are simple, accurate and easy to use. They can be used with minimal amount of civil works and take much less space.

APPLICATIONS:

Stock Management through accurate measurement and recording of bulk materials movement. Public Utilities, waste Contractors, Concrete and Premix Batching Plants, Aircraft Weighing are other users of such weigh bridges.

By proper load distribution you can avoid legal problems as well as improve the life of your vehicle and at the same time reduce maintenance cost. A properly loaded vehicle is safer vehicle on the road.

Protect insurance cover. Some Insurance companies will not cover overloaded vehicle.

Weighing vehicles on the move at slow speeds is a real time saving feature. Large vehicles such as articulated trucks, multi axle trucks at busy location can easily be weighed.

Ferry Service operators or Flyover Companies can use these to prevent seriously overloaded trucks or vehicles from damaging the deck or pavement.

Weigh in Motion Pad system are suitable for on road weighing by FLYOVER COMPANIES, TOLL HIGH-WAY OPERATORS, STATICAL TRAFFIC DATA COLLECTION, OVERLOAD DETECTION etc. The SAB and SABS series is for permanent installation on roadways while the SABP is for portable applications. The SABS and SABP have small pad size which covers only the wheels on one side.
